EAF may link to third-party platforms. EAF is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Participation does not guarantee program selection, funding, or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAF shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
